• Deposits are deducted from the total cost of your treatment or course.
• Remaining balances must be paid in full prior to or on the day of your appointment or course start date.

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment or training course.
• Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations or failure to attend.
• No refunds will be issued once a service or treatment has taken place, regardless of the outcome.
• In cases of medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, rescheduling may be offered at the clinic’s discretion.

• All training courses require a deposit to secure your place.
• Full payment must be received before the commencement of the course.
• EK Aesthetics reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a course if minimum attendance is not met or due to unforeseen circumstances; in such cases, alternative dates or credit will be offered.
